Hb. Lycopi Lucidi Ze Lan 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and regulates menstruation.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 9-30g Nourishes the Blood and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
Fr. Lycii Gou Qi Zi 5-18g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and Yin.
Sm. Persicae Tao Ren 4-10g Breaks up Blood Stasis, invigorates Blood circulation and drains abscesses.
Flos Carthami Hong Hua 3-10g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, opens the channels, unblocks menstruation and alleviates pain.
With Tao Ren, invigorates the Blood for all types of Blood Stagnation such as dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, swollen painful sores and chest and abdominal pain.
Sm. Coicis Yi Yi Ren 9-30g Strengthens the Spleen, resolves Dampness, expels Wind-Dampness and relieves pain.
